Seven Valleys Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, Inc. (7V CASA) is a community-based, not-for-profit agency funded by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).

The Council is not a prohibition agency. We work with and within the community to develop, support and maintain healthy attitudes and behaviors around the safe, appropriate use of legal substances.
